Traditional yoga class covering basic postures, breath work, and meditation techniques taught in a multi-level format with both beginner and intermediate methology. Yoga I involves components of “Hatha” Yoga.
The Kripalu version of the popular “power or strength yoga” includes more postures, longer holds and deep breath work. Prepare to work up a sweat!
