Philosophy

I take a non-intimitating approach to training. I like to mix up routines and get results for my clients! I strive to set attainable goals for weight loss, develop a safe workout program, have fun while building strength and endurance.

Bio

My education and credentials include:

  • N.S.P.A. Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist
  • Assistant to Coach John Philbin (Redskins, U.S. Olympic Bobsled Team, President N.S.P.A.) with 3-time IBF/WBA World Champion Fighter
  • Teaching as well as training of professional athletes and non-athletes (over 18 years of experience)
  • Redeveloped Hitboxing (my own workout program with a network of some of the top people in the fitness business.) www.hitboxing.com
