Personal Trainer: Ed Crespo

Philosophy

For over a decade, Eddie has worked with everyone from elite athletes to octogenarians to special needs children. A successful competitor in the grueling Ironman Canada 2005 and a competitor in 16 marathons, Eddie's clientele always cite his warmth, energy and expertise as both challenging and setting them at ease.

Bio

An accomplished trainer and instructor, Eddie is fluent in functional movement, pre/post-natal and rehabilitative training, and he is certified by the National Academy for Sports Medicine, the International Fitness Professional Association and IDEA Fitness Association.

The California State Senate honored Eddie's various volunteer efforts: coaching tennis at Burbank Center for the Retarded; leading obesity awareness campaigns for the Los Angeles and Orange County Unified School Districts; training children with cancer with Padres Contra El Cancer; and working with HIV/AIDS-infected Hispanic women.
