Kick Boxing at The Sports Center
The Sports Center provides expert instructors to guide your development in the exciting sport of Kick Boxing.
Combine the benefits of a great cardio workout with the benefits of increased strength, balance and the confidence of knowing how to defend yourself. Kick Boxing instruction features a blend of styles including Muay Thai Kick Boxing, Western boxing and the French art of Savate.
Class for beginners and advanced students are available. Boxing gloves and wrist wraps are available for use by all participants.
