"More Than a Tennis Club"
The Sports Center offers a dedicated spin room with some of the best spin classes in Los Angeles. With over 500 square feet of space and 20 new model Star Trac Spinner bikes, the club has the equipment and facility necessary for a great class. Our instructors pump great music through our superb sound system to help drive you through the next hill or fast downhill. Our bikes are well maintained and undergo a thorough cleaning after every class and are professionally maintained on a regular basis so that you can maximize your workout. Each bike is equipped with universal pedal clips suitable for spinners with SPD or Look bindings. Regular athletic shoes are also acceptable, just ask the instructor for the right pedal cage connection.
Everything's provided including towels. Just bring your willingness to sweat and have fun. Or better yet, bring a friend.
