Our Cardio Studio is on the upper deck of our cardio building and is glass enclosed overlooking the pool, and group exercise floor. There you will find the club’s complete assortment of StarTrac treadmills, Precor Ellipticals, stationary bikes, and Step machines all designed to increase your cardiovascular fitness. We always strive to have the latest, well maintained equipment with never a wait.
Flat Screen TV’s positioned in the front of the cardio studio allow ample opportunity for you to catch up on the news or your favorite program while getting your workout in. The audio is always muted and individual headsets are available at the front desk for audio if you so choose.
