The Sports Center offers a dedicated strength training room filled with state-of-the-art strength training equipment and free weights. Our weight room features the best from Cybex, Hoist, Icarian, LifeFitness, and Precor. Work a select muscle group, your core, or your entire body using our broad array of adjustable weight machines, free weights, and dumb bells.
You will find our strength and training room clean and filled with everything you need to achieve your strength training needs. If you need a little help to get started or to reach your goals, contact one of the Club’s personal trainers.
