- THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE - Involves manipulation of the soft tissue structures of the body to prevent and alleviate pain, muscle spasms and stress.

- SHIATSU & ACCUPRESSURE - Pressure-point therapy for specific ailments and injuries.
- SPORTS MASSAGE - Focuses on muscle groups relevant to your particular sport.
- DEEP TISSUE - Uses slow and deep strokes to alleviate muscle spasms and pain in deeper layers of the soft tissues.
For the ultimate Massage experience, we recommend that you take full advantage of our spa facilities. The Sports Center has saunas with eucalyptus, a lap pool and a Jacuzzi; spa use is included in the price of a massage session.
Toluca Lake Tennis Club & Sports Center welcomes non-member Massage Therapy clients.
Our certified Massage Therapists are highly qualified and licensed professionals. They use the most effective methods of massage techniques to benefit your health and maximize your workouts in a comfortable, relaxed setting at rates substantially less than high end spas and hotels.
